What Makes a StayDekho Pool Villa Different
Most "pool villas" advertised in Udaipur are actually homestays with a shared or communal pool that other bookings can access at the same
time. Every villa on this page is different: the pool is fenced or gated within the property boundary, and it belongs only to your booking
for the dates you've reserved. That matters most for bachelor parties and family trips with young kids, where a shared pool with unknown
guests simply isn't an option.
We also manage every one of these properties ourselves — there's a caretaker assigned to each villa, a direct WhatsApp line for support during
your stay, and no reseller sitting between you and the actual owner. That's the same reason our prices tend to run lower than what you'd
find for an equivalent villa on Airbnb or MakeMyTrip: those platforms add a 10–20% service fee on top of the owner's price, and we don't.
Types of Private Pool Villas Available
Depending on your group size and the kind of trip you're planning, our six pool villas roughly split into three categories:
- Compact groups (2BHK–3BHK, up to 9 guests) — the Badi pool villa and the Aravalli farm villa are built for close friend groups and small families who want privacy without paying for rooms they won't use.
- Mid-size groups (4BHK–6BHK, 10–12 guests) — Jungle Escape and Indra Valley suit college reunions, cousin trips and birthday weekends where the pool and garden get as much use as the rooms.
- Large groups (8BHK, up to 16 guests) — Hilltop Haven is our largest villa, built for destination-style family functions and bigger group bookings that would otherwise need two or three hotel rooms.
Best Time to Book a Pool Villa in Udaipur
October through March is peak season in Udaipur — cooler weather makes the pool and outdoor areas usable all day, and weekends fill up
fastest, especially around long weekends and Rajasthani wedding season. April to June is hot but the pool becomes the main attraction rather
than a bonus, and prices are usually easier to negotiate. Monsoon months (July–September) bring the Aravalli hills to life and our farm
and jungle villas are at their most photogenic, though we'd recommend checking pool usability with us directly for that window.
