StayDekho ("we", "us", "our") is a property booking platform based in Udaipur, Rajasthan, India. We own, manage, and directly supervise every property listed on our platform — there are no third-party hosts or middlemen.
By accessing www.staydekho.com or making a booking, you ("Guest", "User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
A booking is confirmed only after full or partial payment is received and you receive a confirmation email/message from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our discretion.
All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices may vary by season, dates, and number of guests.
Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking. StayDekho does not store your payment card details.
GST is applicable as per Government of India regulations. Our GSTIN is 08AFWFS7035Q1ZS. GST invoices are provided upon request.
In rare cases (force majeure, property damage, unavoidable circumstances), we may cancel your booking. In such cases, a full refund will be issued within 7 working days.
Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–10 working days. To request a cancellation, contact us at info@staydekho.com.
All guests must follow the house rules of the respective property. Common rules include:
A refundable security deposit may be collected at check-in (amount mentioned in the property listing). This will be returned within 48 hours of check-out, after inspection of the property. Any damages will be deducted from this deposit.
StayDekho shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or illness that occurs during your stay. Guests stay at their own risk. We recommend guests purchase travel insurance for their trips.
We are not responsible for theft or loss of personal belongings. Please keep valuables secured.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You agree not to share your account credentials with others. StayDekho reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
All content on StayDekho — including logos, images, text, and software — is the property of StayDekho and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Udaipur, Rajasthan.
